You can rent our own community hall for special events. Take advantage of the gazebo and the kitchen the next time you’re hosting a group.
Weekends
Monday to Friday Inclusive >> $250.00/day*
Each additional day thereafter >> $100.00/day
*This price does not carry over into the weekend
4 Hour Booking >> $150.00 for the event
Each additional hour thereafter >> $50.00/hr
Weekdays
Friday access to the Hall @ 1 pm through to Sunday @ 9 am >> $650.00
Saturday access to the Hall @1 pm through to Monday @ 9 am >> $650.00
Each additional day thereafter >> $100.00
4 Hour Booking >> $200.00 for the event
Each additional hour thereafter >> $50.00/hr
Maximum OF $350 For The Full Day
Damage Deposit
To secure the booking, a minimal deposit of 1/2 the rental fee to a maximum of $200.00 of the rental fee must be paid.
The total rental fee must be paid in full prior to the event.
In addition to the rental charges a cheque in the amount of $175.00 is required prior to the event.
Inspection
After the event and the hall is inspected the cheque will be returned to the renter, however any damages will forfeit the damage deposit and repairs over and above the damage deposit rate shall be charged directly to the renter.
